Funny story.
Fred Yvhuce's cousin, Dusty Yvhuce borrowed Fred's truck not long after he had a prototype V-12 Hypercharged Nitro-Diesel engine installed. Dusty is used to her own truck, which has a turbine engine running off of liquid hydrogen, and Fred's truck's engine was supposed to be able to run off any combustible fluid. Turns out the R&D staff at Yvhuce Industries didn't do a real-world test for liquid hydrogen, and instead relied on a computer simulation to qualify the engine.
Here we see what happened after Dusty filled the tank with liquid hydrogen and drove around a bit. The engine ended up on the moon. The launch literally scared the crap out of Dusty (thankfully, she's an ABDL and was wearing a diaper), tore the truck up a bit, and spooked NORAD.
Fred figured that Dusty's scare was good enough to teach her to be more careful. But the R&D staff didn't get off so easily. They had to watch a video on quality control. Not the fun 90 minute "The State Or Government Is Making Us All Watch A Video On Quality Control" video. Nor the slightly less fun 3 hour "You Made A Little Mistake And We're Required By Law To Make You Watch This" video. But the 9 hour "You Screwed Up So Now You Have To Listen To Ben Stein Drone On About Quality Control For 9 Hours" video. Plus, he's taking the cost of fixing the truck out of their job perks, and making them build a V-18 Megacharged Nitro-Diesel engine.
